POEM - 5: SHRODINGER'S CAT - 1935
Schrödinger's cat's an enigma
In that box did it die or survive?
Mr. S. said it would be quite a stigma
If his pet were both dead and alive.
You see quantum physics suggested
Every state must exist till observed
But Schrödinger and his cat, Tiddles
Threw them a ball that was curved
Cos Schrödinger’s point was quite simple
Cats can't be living and dead
They have to be one or the other
Whatever the physicists said.
So the point of the mind games creator
Was to prove we were being misled
By the way, it’s now 80 years later
And Schrödinger’s cat is quite dead.
